SCAM!! ACTIVATION WILL NOT WORK IF YOU BUY NEW HARDWARE
I purchased a retail copy of DNS. I installed it and used it for over a year. It worked all right, about 3 stars worth.

Hell to install; great to use

Works wonders
I just upgraded from 9 preferred to 10 preferred. The only problem I encountered was on installation. My new laptop is 64 bit version.

A fix for Installing.

The issue that everyone below is having is due to the fact that Dragon 10 does not work in Vista 64bit. They have since released 10.
